Directed by David Leveaux, this WWII spy drama is an Egoli Tossell film and Ostar Enterprise production. Silver Reel is financing the film with Umedia co-producing.

The film stars Academy Award winning Christopher Plummer (Beginners), Lily James (Cinderella) and Jai Courtney (Suicide Squad, Terminator Genisys).
The film was shot entirely in Belgium (mainly in Leeuwergem), with post-production also set to take place in the country.

Based on the novel by Alan Judd, Kaiser’s Last Kiss takes place in Holland during WW2; the Nazi’s have invaded the Netherlands where lives their former monarch, Kaiser Wilhelm, who was exiled there in 1917. The film follows a German officer (Courtney) assigned to uncover the spy the Nazi’s suspect has been placed in the Kaiser’s household. Working in the house, and so possible the spy, is a young Jewish Dutch woman (James). Intense feelings spark between them, in spite of their differences, and the officer is forced to choose between his duty to the Third Reich and the woman he loves.
