Head of Human & Business Potential
My associate, Nadia Khamlichi and I, have strived to build a company that is a fun place to work as well as a well-oiled, efficient organization. A corporation with soul and heart incarnated by passion for both cinema and entrepreneurship. Every morning, I wake up driven by these two passions and looking forward to be working with a smiling and stellar team. Beyond passion, fun and efficiency, you can expect two important modus operandi working with Umedia. Firstly, we work without ego.
We have made mistakes and we have owned up to these and learned valuable lessons. And as we go forward, we are also prone to make mistakes. If ever we make any, we will tackle them, by facing them in transparency and with accountability. Secondly, we have built Umedia, since its inception 13 years ago, with a long-term vision; we seek to collaborate in a manner where there is a true win-win, so as to create a long-term, mutually beneficial relation.
