Our collaboration with French director Julien Leclercq

4 feature films and 1 Netflix series coproduced with Umedia.

Just before the release of Sentinelle on Netflix on March 5th, let’s put the spotlight on the strong relationship we have built with Julien Leclercq, one of the most successful French directors on the platform.

The collaboration began in 2015 with the film Braqueurs, led to three successive features shot in Belgium in only three years time:  Lukas, with the world icon Jean-Claude Van Damme, La Terre et le Sang, with Sami Bouajila as lead role and finally Sentinelle, who offers a very beautiful role to Olga Kurylenko.

Julien Leclercq is always very enthusiastic about working with Belgian crew and cast. The Netflix series Braqueurs has been a new challenge for him, with 80 days of shooting in Belgium in 2020. We can’t wait for you to discover the first images on the platform!

Finally, alongside Julien Madon, he has also been producing feature films like Bluebird and Budapest, which Umedia coproduced.
