Tax Shelter is a Belgian tax incentive scheme created with a view to attracting private funds for investment in the Belgian film industry.

Since 2004, this has had a positive impact on the Belgian film industry, constantly strengthened by spectacular growth in the number of artistic projects, rewards and jobs. In total, 600 million euros (extrapolated from the figures on the 2009 Balance Sheet of the "Centre du Cinéma et de l’Audiovisuel" –“Audio-visual and Film Centre”) have been invested in the Belgian audio-visual industry since the creation of the system, including 165 million euros by our group.
