This website is intended to provide general information on the services of uMedia and its affiliates. The term uMedia used in these Conditions refers to uMedia and/or its affiliate, depending on the context and the services involved.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You acknowledge that the design, layout, text, logos and screen interfaces of the Site are protected by copyright, exclusively owned by uMedia or its licensors.

You acknowledge that the names and logos "uMedia ", "uDream", "uFund", "uFilm", "uFx" are the protected distinctive signs of uMedia and its affiliates.

2. USE OF THE SITE

uMedia grants you a limited and non-exclusive license to access and make use of this Site and its content for personal non-commercial use only. You may not download (other than page caching), reproduce (other than printing one copy) or modify this Site or any portion of it, except with express written and prior consent of uMedia. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit this Site, or any portion of it, for any commercial purpose without express written and prior consent of uMedia. In relation to its film investment activities, uFund has a prospectus which is available on request. An investor is not allowed to sign any subscription agreement before having received and read carefully the prospectus. In considering the investments described on this Site, it is important to note that the nature of such investments and the capital, income value, returns, risks and charges of such investments differ from one investment to another and may go up or down. The investment and services mentioned on this Site may not be suitable for you. uFund does not give investment advice and you must take your own view on the merits of, and the risks attached to, any investment decision you may undertake. You may wish to obtain professional or legal advice from independent advisors. uFund and its advisors cannot guarantee the final tax break approval. It is up to each investor to understand and evaluate the risks involved with his own external advisors. The minimum investment accepted by uFund is 100.000 €.

5. APPLICABLE LAW AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION

You can access this Site from anywhere in the world.  Regardless of how, and from where, you access the Site, you agree that these Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regards to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any claim, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with the Site will be brought solely before the Courts of Brussels (Belgium) and you consent to the jurisdiction of such Courts.

6. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision of these Conditions shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and remain enforceable between the parties.

Although this Site presents the activities of uMedia and its affiliates, the different companies act as independent contractors and nothing on the Site shall be deemed or construed to create a joint venture, partnership, joint or several liability between the uMedia and its affiliates or between the uMedia affiliates.
